AquaTECH Dual is an advanced wood preservatives and masonry biocide supplied in water-soluble sachets which can be used to deal with all remedial timber and masonry treatment situations.
Based on the pyrethroid insecticide permethrin; for the prevention and eradication of Common Furniture Beetle (Anobium punctatum) and other wood boring insects in building timbers. Permethrin’s well known effectiveness as a remedial insecticide is enhanced even further by the special properties of our microemulsion system allowing optimum pesticide dosing (synergistic action). Also contains the well known triazole fungicide propiconazole and 3-lodo-2-propynyl-butyl carbamate, giving a general purpose treatment for insect attack and to protect timbers at risk from fungal decay (dry rot/wet rot) during a drying period following the elimination of sources of moisture.
