Wolsit KD20

Wood preservative for industrial use against wood destroying fungi and insects on internal and external structural timber without ground and water contact, in particular for roof trusses, joinery and construction timber.

Wolsit®KD-20 is a highly effective solvent-and metal-free product line for use in low pressure, double vacuum processes. The unparalleled formulation of active ingredients with a long track record is resistant to leaching and provides long-lasting protection against wood-destroying fungi and insects. The wetting and dimensional problems often associated with water-based products have been virtually eliminated. Wolsit®KD-20 treated timber dries rapidly within close dimensional tolerances. The timber can be used quickly after treatment for any above-ground application e.g. constructional timber, roof trusses or joinery. These properties make Wolsit®KD-20 a reliable alternative to solvent-based products, offering safe handling and less pollution of the environment.

Approvals

Wolsit®KD products are registered in many European countries in accordance with EN 599 and have proved to be highly effective since more than a decade now.

Minimum retention – maximum protection

The highly effective combination of active ingredients in Wolsit KD-20 ensures maximum protection against wood-destroying fungi as well as insects, although the concentration is kept extremely low.Wolsit®KD-20 is approved for the protection of structural timber for interior and exterior use without ground contact, e. g. roof trusses, exterior cladding, boarding and balconies, pergolas etc.
