CB10T is a 2-part thixotropic epoxy adhesive. It may be used in film thicknesses between 0.20mm and 12mm. CB10T is specifically formulated for timber and concrete engineering.
Specific Uses:
Application and Equipment:
a) Crack injection or the filling of drilled holes.
Install the full cartridge of CB10T into skeleton gun. Screw nozzle onto front of cartridge. Fix appropriate size injection tube onto cut end of front nozzle.
b) For spreader application as an adhesive.
Dispense directly from the cartridge without the aid of the front nozzle onto each suface i.e. both faces of any brick/block that needs to be glued back together.

Material Usage/Coverage:
The volumes are as stated on the packs. As a guide 1 litre of mixed CB10T at an adhesive thickness of 0.2mm will cover 5m² of timber. As a guide for crack injection 1 litre would inject 20 linear metres of a crack 2mm wide x 25mm deep.

Cleaning of Tools:
Uncured CB10T may be readily removed from tools and equipment with Rotafix S200 PC Solvent Cleaner or similar. Mechanical methods are required to remove cured material.
