Rising
damp is a common problem in older properties either because no damp proof course
(DPC) was provided at the time of building, or because a physical membrane has failed
or been 'bridged'. In the majority of cases the provision of a remedial DPC is a
cost effective and minimum disturbance option.
The range of damp proofing systems offered by the Wykamol Group is unique within the

LECTROS SYSTEM - The system introduces a very small
and perfectly safe electric charge in the wall just above ground level through a
series of titanium anodes inserted into the brickwork. Its effect is to repel the
rising moisture molecules down the walls and harmlessly back into the ground. As
long as this tiny positive charge is maintained, the protected walls remain dry
and totally free of damp.

brickwork etc. for the control of rising dampness. Ultracure can be used in all
